01
Pharma & Medical Technology
“A pharma line is only as clean as its worst surface.”
GENERAL NOTES:
Pharma machinery lives by its surfaces. We machine and polish product-contact components in specified stainless grades — along with fabrication and machining components to be used in pharma product machinery where the finish itself is the specification.
All critical features verified by measurement before release — mirror-grade polishing · product-contact finishes held to spec.

Energy & Cryogenics
“At cryogenic temperatures there is no such thing as a small leak.”
GENERAL NOTES:
Cryogenic pumps and process systems run at temperatures where materials change their manners. We machine stepped shafts, seal housings and process components that stay dimensionally honest from ambient to deep cold.
All critical features verified by measurement before release — seal lands and bearing fits held to ±0.005 mm.

03
Bearings & Motion
“Every rotation of the client's machine repeats our geometry.”
GENERAL NOTES:
We build precision tooling for high-performance bearing manufacturing machines — the tools that make the machines that make motion possible. Race geometry demands profiles that repeat to the micron, batch after batch.
All critical features verified by measurement before release — roundness, flatness, circularity, concentricity and dimentional accuracy verified on cmm.

Flow & Process
“A valve is judged on the day it has to close.”
GENERAL NOTES:
Pump, valve and fluid-handling componentry — bodies, plugs, seats and sleeves machined for tight shut-off and long service life. Sealing faces are machined, ground and validated before dispatch.
All critical features verified by measurement before release — sealing faces ground and finished to drawing intent.

Heavy Engineering
“On heavy assemblies, an error compounds by the tonne.”
GENERAL NOTES:
High-critical components for industrial systems — fixtures, flanges, housings and fabricated-then-machined weldments handled up to five tonnes in-house. Big parts, small tolerances.
All critical features verified by measurement before release — machined flat and parallel across large faces.

The arc did its job and undid the part. TIG's heat input distorted the bent components and pulled weld joints out of dimension — every housing needed extra machining and polishing just to get back to the drawing. Production time and rework climbed with each unit.
TIG (argon) weldingLaser welding
The joints were re-engineered alongside the process — where possible, features are now machined from solid material so the seam simply doesn't exist. No departure from the customer's design intent.
Minimal heat input — distortion controlled at the source
Bend accuracy held without deformation
Cleaner, more consistent weld joints
Polishing and finishing time cut significantly
Rework eliminated from the route
Every drawing and export requirement met

Product catalogue
Our full capability & product catalogue.
A selection of components built to client drawings — machined, finished and inspected to each client's quality requirements.
Export consignments are packed to survive the journey — protected against moisture, dust, shock and vibration, then marked and documented to international standards.
01
Protective packing
Bubble wrap, foam, air cushions or thermocol as the component demands — guarding against moisture, dust, shock, vibration and breakage.
02
Inner packing
Each item individually wrapped, separators between delicate faces, and every void filled so nothing moves in transit.
03
Outer packing
Export-quality corrugated cartons, wooden crates, or plastic and metal containers — sealed with heavy-duty tape, strapped or shrink-wrapped.
04
ISPM-15 compliance
Wooden pallets and crates are heat-treated or fumigated to International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15.
05
Marking & labelling
Exporter and consignee, product description, quantity, gross and net weight, dimensions, country of origin and handling marks on every package.
06
Packing list
Invoice number, package count, product details, weights, dimensions, marks and numbers — documentation that clears customs cleanly.
Six disciplines/ 02.7
